- The initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellations made before February 28th, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding deposit).
- Cancellations made between March 1st and April 30th, 2026 are eligible for a 25% refund (excluding deposit).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after May 1st, 2026.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.

As part of this retreat, you will visit several sites connected to the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. This experience will be emotionally confronting and will include imagery and stories that are difficult to witness.
