This information is used to personalise your retreat experience, confirm bookings and logistics, ensure your wellbeing, process payments, and provide you with essential updates. We do not share or sell your data to any third parties.

How We Protect It

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by team members directly involved in the retreat logistics. We maintain strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Retreat Package Includes

8 nights of accommodation at Eagle View Lodge in Kigali
Return airfares based on an economy flight from Perth to Kigali (or equal value from country of origin)
All scheduled meals, ground transport, workshops, excursions, and coaching sessions

Cancellation by Participant

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.

Cancellations made before 28 February 2026 – Eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made between 1 March and 30 April 2026 – Eligible for a 25% refund of the total amount paid, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made on or after 1 May 2026 – No refund will be issued.

In the case of a personal emergency, please reach out to us directly. Transfer to a future retreat may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation by Hosts

Should Rewoven Land need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, political unrest, etc.), guests may choose between a full refund (minus any third-party non-recoverable costs) or transferring their payment to a future retreat.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, flight cancellations, delays, and personal losses. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
